Do I need to install any app?

No. Everything works through WhatsApp Business, which you likely already have. We send you leads as WhatsApp messages, and you reply directly. No new app, no login, no dashboard to check (though we do offer a web dashboard as an optional add-on).
How does payment work?

Customers pay you directly — cash, UPI, card, whatever you prefer. JinniMart doesn't handle payments. We collect a small success fee from you after a confirmed sale, settled weekly via UPI or bank transfer.
What if I miss a lead or can't fulfil an order?

No penalty for skipping leads — just tap "Skip" and we route it to the next partner. If you accept and then can't fulfil, please notify the customer within 5 minutes. Too many cancellations after acceptance will affect your ranking.
Can multiple shops in the same category join?

Yes — on Starter and Growth plans, multiple shops in the same category can be active. Leads are distributed based on proximity, rating, and response time. On the Exclusive plan, you get category-level priority or exclusivity in your sector.
How quickly will I start seeing leads?

Most partners receive their first lead within 24 hours of activation. Volume depends on your category and the time of day. Electronics and groceries typically see the highest lead frequency. We'll give you a realistic estimate when you onboard.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?

No contracts, no lock-in. You can pause or cancel your partnership at any time by messaging us. We believe our results should be the reason you stay, not a contract.
